It’s time for more frock fireworks!
44 Frocks has been chosen as one of three winners of the London Business Accelerators competition, backed by Deborah Meaden of Dragon’s Den and the Prime Minister.
We’re ecstatic about winning, especially as our prize includes mentoring from business expert Marc Myers who has 30 years of extensive retail experience behind his current role as general manager of Exchange Ilford shopping centre and chairman of Ilford’s Business Improvements District.
“I was delighted having been successful in winning the opportunity of the Business Accelerator that I had the opportunity to work with 44 Frocks”, said Marc.
“Vickie and Laura showed such passion and enthusiasm and that raw quality is sometimes missing from businesses. I hope that my business career and experience will be able to help them make the next step in developing their concept, a concept I like very much.

Marc asked us some challenging questions during the interview process and put us through our paces. Alongside the nard-nosed business grilling we immediately got on well with Marc. We both realised just how much we still have to learn to make sure we can keep bringing you fabulous frocks for every party as 44 Frocks continues to grow.

44 Frock celebrates with winter frock prizes
Our last pyrotechnic display was back in November, ignited by Laura, whilst Vickie hid in a flower bed with her camera.
So we’ve settled on a slightly safer celebration this time, one which everyone can take part in – next week we’ll be launching 44 Frocks winter weekly giveaway.
